Due to the instant delivery of digital services, all payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, renewals, and partially used billing periods.
Refunds may be issued only in rare cases of duplicate billing or verified system failures, and must be requested within seven (7) days of the transaction.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Service access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
